Garden and Sea Escapes Hotel & Casino

For this project, I used an empty floor plan of a two story, 94,000SF building that i had to design into a hotel. The Garden and Sea Escapes Casino is my hotel based in Ponce, Puerto Rico. The hotel design was based around A “let the sun in” concept which is seen by using tan, orange and blue materials. The hotel has 76 Guest rooms 6 ADA rooms and 4 Suites. The casino is designed with the concept of Pop Art in mind using reds, purples. pinks, greens and yellows for material and color choices. This hotel will make any tourist escape into luxury beach life.
