NKBA Kitchen and Bath

This project showcases a design competition kitchen and bathroom design. The NKBA stands for the national kitchen and bath association, for the design competition they gave out floor plans we had to follow and a prompt. The prompt was to renovate the Johnson families kitchen and primary bathroom. They had specific requests that needed to be in the design, like a space for their children to do homework in the kitchen and an ice maker. The primary bathroom needed a towel warmer, a separate makeup vanity and separate sink vanities. I incorporated a theme of elegance into the primary bathroom using soft blues and pink finishes. The kitchen is modern with the use of green and soft cream throughout the design.
